Le ministre de l'Égalité des chances et de la Jeunesse a représenté le chef de l'Etat, Ali Bongo Ondimba, au Forum international de la jeunesse en Égypte. Il a été question, lors de son allocution, de décliner les enjeux de la politique gouvernementale relative à cette catégorie de la population gabonaise.

Du 1er au 6 novembre, s'est déroulé dans la cité balnéaire de Charm el-Cheikh en Égypte, le Forum international de la jeunesse sous le thème « Paix, développement et créativité ». Le Gabon y était représenté par le ministre de l'Égalité des chances et de la Jeunesse chargé des Gabonais de l’Étranger, Arnauld Calixte Engandji Alandji.

Au cours de son allocution, ce dernier est revenu sur la politique du gouvernement en matière de jeunesse.

Ainsi, pour Arnauld Calixte Engandji Alandji, le chef de l'Etat, Ali Bongo Ondimba, a placé l’épanouissement, l’autonomisation, la formation et l’éducation des jeunes au cœur de son deuxième mandat politique, à travers le "Septennat de la Jeunesse".
